Sales and Brand Manager (m/f)

Limagrain, the world’s 4th largest International Seed Company and a leader in maize, wheat, oilseed rape and sunflower seeds in Europe and SJEMENARNA ZAGREB d.o.o. are looking for a Sales and Brand Manager for Limagrain in Croatia. Reporting to SJEMENARNA ZAGREB and the Head Office of Limagrain Central Europe in France, and employee of Limagrain Central. Europe’s branch office in Croatia, you are responsible for : - the sales of LG brand maize, sunflower and oilseed rape on the Croatian market - defining the product needs and developing the LG line-up of maize and sunflower - product registration - liaison between our breeders and the Croatian official trial authorities - planning and execution of the marketing and communications policy for the LG brand - promotion of the LG brand at the end user level - sales and technical support of the Sjemenarna, Zagreb sales force and distributor network

The successful candidate should have: - Dipl. Ing agriculture - Practical skills and know-how in agriculture - Previous experience in sales and marketing in the seed business - Good knowledge of the Croatian seed markets - A high level of expertise in the maize crop - Excellent negotiation skills - Ability to be autonomous and work independently. - Team spirit - Fluency in English - Ability to travel frequently and to work under stress Please send your CV and motivation letter in English to the following address by 05.11.2009. to: SJEMENARNA ZAGREB d.o.o.
