Assume a franchise of your favorite fast food chain is short-changing customers. The company may hire you to visit that outlet as an ordinary customer, and you report your findings to the company. These interactions are subsequently evaluated, scored and reported to the company. Retail stores, car companies, airlines . . . almost every organization that deals with customers needs such feedback. And now, mystery shoppers are fast becoming the corporate world's eyes and ears, and help organizations firm up their internal audit processes. The money You will work on a free-lance base. Payments are made 30 days after performing the job. You will be paid a fee per evaluation. This fee varies from project to project.
