Salesforce Consultant (m/f)

Trawelt is seeking a Salesforce Consultant to join our team and lead the implementation and support of the Salesforce platform for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing Salesforce projects, delivering exceptional results, and building strong client relationships. As a Salesforce Consultant, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce solutions, from requirements gathering and solution design to project delivery and support. Responsibilities: - Manage Salesforce implementation projects to support business requirements, - Design and develop custom and creative solutions on the Salesforce platform and proactively identify risks and issues and provide mitigation strategies - Lead various client meetings to clearly identify business challenges and expected outcomes, gather requirements, facilitate customer workshops, and hold stakeholder interviews - Lead business process review sessions to identify user stories/requirements, facilitate solution design sessions, and perform a gap analysis between standard Salesforce functionality and client's requirements - Manage and work with project team members by assigning duties, setting deadlines, monitoring progress, and performing applicable follow-up - Facilitate unit, system, and end-user testing, provide client training and documentation as needed, monitor Salesforce release impact, and communicate new features to clients - Collaborate and effectively communicate with Trawelt's team and other cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality deliverables - Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and features, and bring new ideas and approaches to the Trawelt team - Provide training to junior team members and manage their tasks efficiently

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information systems, Business administration, or other related fields - 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant - Experience with client-facing activities such as requirements gathering, meeting facilitation, and deliverable review/approval sessions - Strong project management and time-management skills, with experience in project planning, including tasks, budgeting, and resource allocation and balancing - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with experience in preparing business Processes, Business Analysis, Requirements Definition, Documentation, and similar - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Ability to maintain calm under pressure and work in a team environment - Salesforce Certifications*
