As the Technical Manager at LIOQA resort, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of the resort's facilities and technical infrastructure. You will supervise a team of gardeners and technicians, working closely with the security and maintenance teams to guarantee our guests the highest standards of functionality and comfort. Your leadership will ensure the resort's grounds and technical systems are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily activities of the facility management team, including gardeners and technicians
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members, ensuring high performance and job satisfaction
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and improvement plans
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on all resort equipment, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other technical installations
- Troubleshoot and repair technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain optimal functionality
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve technical challenges on time
- Ensure the grounds and garden areas are well-maintained, aesthetically pleasing, and safe
