In this role, you will have the opportunity to proactively monitor sales performance, ensuring development and implementation of correction actions to secure business growth when and where needed. Proactively lead, develop and coach the sales organization (cooperation with other sales managers and sales specialists within scope) to exceed the sales targets through high performance. The work model for the role is: #hybrid. This role is contributing to the Motion System Drives in Zagreb. You will be accountable for sales of drives, motors and PLCs; driving sales volumes and margins supporting the Service Sales organization and customers throughout the service sales processes in Zagreb, Croatia. You will be mainly accountable for: - Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promoting customer understanding of full product and systems offering, and align to provide a solution - Understanding the channel strategy and the establishment of related prices, and preparing sales plans, reviewing them, and proposing recovery plan(s) when needed - Preparing sales documentations using company tools, technical and commercial parts of the offers, maintenance of opportunity records in Salesforce CRM - Creating added value for the customer and ABB and ensuring the successful outcome of transactions, contracts, and proposals by using effective sales techniques - Communicating details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions) You will join a high performing team, where you will be able to thrive. Potrebno obrazovanje, znanja i vještine

Qualifications for the role: - Degree in Electrical, Electrical and Electronics or Control and Automation Engineering - Ability to demonstrate your experience in promoting and selling products; you have at least six years of experience in sales roles - Knowledge of Drives, Motors and PLCs markets would be considered a plus - You have a proactive approach with excellent communication and relationship skills - Possess an enhanced knowledge of MO Tools, Sales force and SAP - You are at ease communicating in Croatian and English, other languages would be considered a plus - You hold a current driving license and you are available to travel
