Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, peripherals, and operating systems
- Skilled in troubleshooting and maintaining mobile devices (iOS, Android)
- Proven experience with SCCM / Intune or similar endpoint management platforms
- Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) solutions – preferred
- Knowledge of Mac OS – preferred
- Experience with endpoint management software, desktop provisioning technologies, and PXE
- Proficient in Windows printing and scanning operations, including networked and office devices
- Ability to activate, configure, and support enterprise mobile software
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
