What you’ll do
- Design, implement, and maintain data-center network infrastructure
- Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues
- Monitor performance, availability, and errors across systems
- Plan equipment, licensing, and maintenance budgets
- Replace legacy components and integrate new platforms and services
- Collaborate closely with IT Infrastructure and adjacent IT teams
Location: Pula, Croatia — on-site preferred; hybrid remote available for candidates based in Croatia.

What you bring
- 3+ years in network administration
- Strong hands-on experience with routing/switching/firewalls/Wi-Fi
- Protocols & technologies: Static, BGP, OSPF, HSRP, ACI, VLAN/VXLAN, STP, 802.1X, IPSec, VPN
- Platforms: Cisco, MikroTik; exposure to monitoring (e.g., Icinga, Grafana/Prometheus) is a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork
- Advanced English (spoken & written)
- Category B driver’s license
Nice to have
- Recognized industry certs (CCNA/CCNP/CCIE or similar)
- Polyvalent skills in systems administration (OS-agnostic)
- Familiarity with automation (e.g., Ansible, GitLab CI)
- SIGTRAN/SS7 telco hands on experience
