About the Role
- This role sits directly inside Bromand’s revenue engine.
- You are responsible for turning engagement into conversations - identifying prospects, nurturing relationships, and advancing interested buyers toward qualified meetings.
This is not a high-volume cold calling role.
You will focus on warm engagement, targeted outreach, and intelligent follow-up.
You will partner closely with the CRO and leadership team to build pipeline across Bromand’s ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
List Creation & Data Quality:
- Build and maintain Sales Navigator and HubSpot lists
- Research target accounts across key industries
- Ensure clean tagging, segmentation, and lifecycle tracking
- Maintain high-quality CRM data
Engagement Follow-Up:
- Monitor website activity, content engagement, and campaign responses
- Follow up with individuals who engage with Dispatch content
- Personalize outreach based on role, industry, and interests
Content-Based Nurturing:
- Recommend relevant Bromand content to prospects
- Guide prospects through early discovery conversations
- Maintain thoughtful, consultative communication
Meeting Advancement:
- Qualify prospects based on interest and business problem
- Advance engaged prospects to scheduled discovery meetings
- Ensure prospects arrive informed and aligned with Bromand’s services
Success Metrics:
- Qualified meetings booked
- Conversion of engagement → conversations
- CRM list accuracy and growth
- Speed and quality of follow-up
