Local Project Manager (m/f)

Within Alcatel Hrvatska d.o.o., we are looking for a Local Project Manager for customer system integration. The job consists in supporting the customer during the experimentation and implementation of a new technology. You are responsible for the success of the validation and the field campaign until the full implementation through the following steps: - You coordinate the Alcatel technical and operational teams - You support the customer during test sessions and validation - You follow-up the planning, cost, risks and decide appropriated action plan in case of changes - You will be accountable for the good execution of the contract and its extensions Training in Alcatel units abroad is proposed and several travels out of the country have to be considered.

- university degree / Bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B. Sc.) with solid knowledge in IT & Telecom systems (voice, data, networks and applications) - at least a first experience in Telecom company is required - autonomous, communicated and open minded, handling of customer relationship and the knowledge of contractual follow-up of project execution are required - business skills are appreciated with possible evolution to Alcatel Sales & Marketing positions - fluent English language is mandatory. Other European languages are a real plus
