BIM Coordinator (m/f)

Join Digital Construction Technologies Group d.o.o. – a Croatia based company and member of the international DCT Group, as a full-time BIM Coordinator and become part of a global leader in digital construction. We are looking to expand our team with professionals who have an MEP background and a solid understanding of the BIM process. Roles and responsibilities: - Coordinate M&E services layouts with other disciplines. - Regular reporting on the workload and issues. - Management of BIM meetings and of a common data environment. - Producing 2D drawings from Revit / CAD files. - Produce designs, working drawings, schedules, forms, and records. - Contributing to the process of creating as-built documentation. - Ability to set up a Revit project in addition to the ability to create families within the project.

Qualifications: - Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or another relevant field - Understanding and application of BIM methodology across all project phases We also value: - Excellent knowledge of full CAD/BIM Suite, Revit M&E services. AutoCAD M&E services drawings - for new builds as well as refurbishments. - Creation of 2D plans from Revit/CAD files - Ability to read and understand MEP related diagrams/schematics - Coordination of MEP installations with other disciplines - Production of the progress report on a weekly basis - Preparation of technical documentation for Design/Construction/As-Built stage - The ability to set up a Revit project in accordance with standards, as well as the ability to create Revit elements (Families) - Knowledge of MEP installations - Previous work experience in an an M&E/ / Engineering environment desirable - Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, Autodesk AEC, Synchro 4D, Bluebeam, Revizto, Navisworks) - The ability to work independently and in a team within given deadlines
