You will directly support our team from Publica4 in Zurich, Switzerland. Your role: Programmatic / Ad Manager 80-100% (m/f). As an essential contact point between sales and campaign execution, you will be at the heart of our strategies and campaigns. By planning and executing campaigns in platforms such as Xandr (Microsoft Advertising) and Google Display & Video 360, you will develop your professional skills and creative talents. You will oversee programmatic campaigns from conceptual development to optimisation and thus make a significant contribution to the success of our projects. What you can expect: - Coordinating and supporting the sales teams to achieve outstanding results - Setting up, monitoring and optimising programmatic campaigns - Creation of high-impact advertising formats based on existing templates - Handling customer requests with professionalism and a touch of creativity - Driving product development with innovative ideas - Coordinate digital agencies and create inspiring advertising formats - Carry out structured research work to continuously improve our services

What you should bring with you: - Successfully completed commercial training - Several years of demonstrable experience in the field of digital media - Team player with outstanding project management skills - Analytical and data-driven mindset - Solution-oriented and pragmatic approach - Structured, reliable and efficient way of working - Excellent language skills in English - German would be an advantage
