IT Technician / System Administrator (m/f)

Istrian Experience d.o.o. is a hospitality Management Company developing a luxury villas rental and service business in Istria. We are a fast growing company with more then 100 villas being built and another 300 in planning. We are focused on providing the highest level of hospitality service to upscale market clients mostly from European markets. Our business is largely dependent on both using and providing different IT services therefore, We seek a person who: • Has extensive knowledge of IT equipment and software • Experience in maintenance of business systems, local networks and internet sites • understands the local IT equipment and services market As an IT Technician you will be integral to the growth and prosperity of Istrian Experience. Your role will be to: • administer and maintain company IT system, control data accessibility, manage databases, control security of data and hardware. • Maintenance and programming of POS hardware • develop and implement a strategic business plan, plan investments in new equipment and services. • Develop and implement procedures and standards relating to maintenance and access to company business system and usage of IT equipment • Control the costs of IT equipment and services Suggest the innovations and improvements of current system • Maintain and update company web site • foster relationships with all company departments as well as with guests and business partners

Hospitality experience preferred.
