Project Manager (m/f)

DignetSoftware d.o.o. is looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead IT ERP implementation projects. If you have strong organizational and communication skills and experience managing teams, this is an excellent opportunity for you. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and successfully delivering IT ERP implementation projects across multiple countries. You will work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with various departments such as IT, finance, procurement, logistics, and production. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee complex IT projects from initiation to completion - Manage project plans, timelines, resources, and budgets - Coordinate the work of cross-functional teams and stakeholders - Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to management - Manage changes, risks, and potential issues - Ensure alignment of projects with the company's strategic objectives - Participate in system and infrastructure integration projects (e.g., cloud, data centers)

- Proven experience in managing IT projects - Experience working on complex projects, preferably in ERP implementation - Experience collaborating with multiple business functions (IT, finance, procurement, logistics, production) - Knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall or agile) - Experience with PM tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar - Experience working in a Microsoft environment (MS Project, Azure, Microsoft 365) - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities - Required: English proficiency at C2 level - German language skills are an advantage - Preferred certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master - Technical background (IT, finance, procurement, logistics, production)
