Are you a driven, motivated and ambitious individual, love to speak and interact with people and looking to join a professional Customer Care team? - Nice to meet you! Currently we are recruiting for the position of a Customer Care Agent for German Language.
Main responsibilities include
- Receiving and processing inquiries via email and telephone
- Coordination with other units
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports
- Occasionally performing office tasks

- A minimum of one year of work experience in CC field
