Hostel Manager (m/ž)

We are looking for candidate to lead our hostels and apartments operations bases in the city center. As the face of Main Square Hostel and Cilindar Apartments, your role is to make sure every guest feels welcome and leaves with a great experience. Your responsibilities include: - Leading front desk operations and supervising the reception team - Managing daily hostel and apartment operations - Coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and owners - Solving day-to-day issues quickly and professionally

We are looking for someone who is: - Has minimum 3 years of managing a team. - A natural leader who enjoys managing people - Fluent in English - Comfortable using computers and booking systems - Experience in managing restaurants and bars will be an advantage. - EU citizen with the right to work in Croatia
