In order to meet our ambitious goals, we are searching for a marketing specialist to join our Marketing team to collaborate on demand generation activities, advise on SEO strategy, help run campaigns across multiple channels, and work to improve our marketing analytics.
We believe that our marketing programs can always be improved. You will work to understand our target audience and their pain points, our unique value proposition and competitive differentiators to strengthen our demand generation efforts.
What you will do in this role:
The marketing specialist will work with other team members to ensure our campaigns, webinars, and events are planned and executed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of marketing, B2B trends, and marketing operations. This role is a great fit for someone who wants to track data through each stage of the funnel.
On the job, you will:
- Work with our team of content creators, designers, and web developers, as well as our sales team to deliver an effective marketing strategy
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Deploy focused marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Define, implement, analyze, and optimize email marketing campaigns for customers & prospects
- Plan and execute campaigns with sales and product teams
- Review online content and make improvement recommendations for SEO
- Propose website optimizations to convert more traffic into leads
- Run remarketing and retargeting campaigns across multiple platforms (Google ads, social media, email, etc.)
- Generate and analyze A|B and multi-variant testing strategies to optimize emails for open rate, click-through rates (CTR), engagement, and conversion
- Collaborate on event management
- Keep track of website analytics and KPIs and actively react to them
- Monitor trends and provide new ideas to stay ahead of the competition
- Automate marketing and sales processes with Salesforce and HubSpot
- Generate critical reports for sales team
