The team, where your work doesn’t just build features for a single product — it helps shape <b>a shared platform used across multiple countries and job portals.</b> At Alma Career, we are working on the platformization of job boards across Croatia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and other countries, moving from independent solutions toward a unified, scalable platform used by millions of users. You’ll be part of a <b>Platform Feature Team</b> within a larger engineering organization, working in a <b>monorepo environment</b> and collaborating with teams across different countries.
