As a Documentation Specialist, you'll play an important role in managing and organizing crucial project documentation within our Design Engineering department. You’ll ensure smooth documentation workflows, support our teams, and maintain high-quality standards.
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage project documents
- Track and monitor document production and submission
- Ensure the quality and consistency of documents, including engineering drawings
- Distribute documents using various platforms
- Communicate with clients and subcontractors on document delivery
- Develop and improve documentation procedures and workflows
- Create professional and visually engaging PowerPoint presentations tailored to various audiences and objectives

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- BS in Engineering or a related field (advantageous, not mandatory)
- Strong English skills (B2-C1 level)
- Proficiency in Windows, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
- Experience managing engineering documents
- Ability to track multiple document sources and compile clear lists
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience in creating presentations for corporate, educational, or creative purposes is advantageous
