PLM consultant (m/f)

Due to business expansion, we are looking for a new member of our technical team within our Software business unit for the position of: PLM consultant (m/f). Job Description and Responsibilities: - Design and implement business process solutions within the Dassault Systèmes ecosystem, ensuring alignment with the client’s business strategy - Work closely with clients to analyze their existing business processes (As-Is), challenge them, and define future processes (To-Be) that create value - Contribute to the Value Engagement process from the solution vision to solution delivery, ensuring solutions meet the client's business objectives - Having the "big picture", strategic decisions that are well thought out and analyzed - Promote the usage of Dassault Systèmes solutions - Engage with the broader 3DS ecosystem to ensure the success of solution architecture projects and maintain client satisfaction - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered on time and within scope - You will be engaged in projects implementing Dassault Systèmes software solutions at our clients site with strong focus on ENOVIA® and Iterop (business process management) - Creating appropriate documentation (e.g., functional and technical specifications, educational materials...) - Provide technical support to users: Respond to their questions during the use of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, guide them in the proper use of applications. Collaborate and iterate with experts from the Dassault Systèmes ecosystem to solve complex problems and ensure user satisfaction - Conduct training, workshops, presales activities and pilot projects at our clients site - Assist in defining the global architecture of solutions that meet clients' needs while optimizing their business processes, in line with the capabilities offered by Dassault Systèmes software modules with strong focus on ENOVIA® (change management, document management, issue management, requirements management, variant and configuration management, project and program management, engineering release, etc.) and Iterop (business process management)

Experience and Skills: - You have completed undergraduate or graduate studies in technical fields (mechanical engineering, information technology, electrical engineering, etc.) - You have experience as a consultant or implementer in data management projects, such as SAP, Infor, Microsoft Azure, Windchill, Teamcenter, or any PLM/PDM and ERP implementation projects - Able to quickly identify and resolve technical errors, ensuring the solution meets quality standards - Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders - Open, direct and objective communication style - High level of responsibility and independence - Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a leadership role in driving innovation and change - Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written; Slovenian and German are an additional plus - B category driver's license You will stand out if: - You possess relevant experience, especially in projects related to software solution implementations, Industry 4.0, and digital transformation - You have an IT affinity with basics in web application servers, cloud infrastructure, database knowledge, programming languages like Java, etc. - You have advanced knowledge of the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE® platform, on at least one of the brand applications such as ENOVIA®, SIMULIA®, CATIA®, DELMIA®, SOLIDWORKS® (certifications for Dassault Systèmes applications are a significant advantage)
