About the Position:
We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer who specializes in Microsoft Azure to play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps practices, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), automation, and a deep understanding of Microsoft Azure services.
Location: Zagreb RIZ.
Main Tasks:
1. Azure Infrastructure Management:
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable and reliable infrastructure on Microsoft Azure
- Implement and maintain Azure resource templates and automation scripts
- Monitor and optimize Azure resources for performance, security, and cost
2. Automation and Scripting:
- Automate manual processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention
- Create and maintain PowerShell and other scripting solutions such as Python for infrastructure management
3. Security and Compliance:
- Implement and enforce security best practices in Azure environments
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with industry standards
4. Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
- Set up and configure monitoring tools to ensure the availability and performance of Azure services
- Identify and resolve issues promptly, collaborating with cross-functional teams
5. Bitbucket and Docker / Docker-Compose:
- Experience with Bitbucket as a version control and collaboration tool
- Expertise in using Docker and Docker-Compose for containerizing and orchestrating applications, especially in Azure environments

Potrebno obrazovanje, znanja i vještine
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or Designer or equivalent certifications are a plus
- Several years of professional experience in DevOps engineering
- Teamwork, solution-oriented thinking, and service orientation
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft platforms, virtualization, and IT security solutions
- In-depth knowledge of Active Directory is an advantage
- Language Skills: Excellent English skills in both spoken and written form / German skills are an advantage
