Asset Manager (m/f)

Job Description: - Managing relationships with clients and partners (reporting, team meetings, supporting team members etc.) - Providing utilities calculations and financial analysis - Invoicing and collection of receivables - Prepare and track operational costs budgets (service charge budgets) of the properties - Client relationship management - Coordination with accounting - Payments and cashflow management - Preparing various reports for partners and financial institutions (budget preparation and tracking, cashflow reports etc.) - Perform other tasks as requested - Weekly reporting - Attendance on weekly calls

- Minimum high school diploma (preferably Economics) - Proficient English (spoken and written) - Proficient in MS Office – particularly Outlook, Word, Excel - Good communication skills - Good organization skills - Ability to be entrepreneurial and solve problems independently - 3+ years of previous experience in the real estate industry (with an investor, developer or property manager) or in the finance and/or banking industry - Attention to detail - Ability to work as a Team player
