- Active sales and technical support for our markets: Croatia, Slovenia, Bulgaria
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, craftsmen, architects, and partners
- On-site product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions
- Providing technical advice on application and product systems
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing the market
- Close coordination with internal sales and HQ in Austria/Belgium
- Participation in trade fairs and promotional events

Potrebno obrazovanje, znanja i vještine
- Customer-oriented mindset & hands-on mentality
- Experience in sales, preferably in wood, coatings, or construction-related industries
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region
- Very good English skills (additional local languages are an advantage)
- Independent, structured, and proactive way of working
- Good MS Office and excel skills
