Senior Production Manager (m/f)

- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements on the Complex projects. - Manage project work activities on projects in Production plant - Define project scope, goals and deliverables together with the project management team - Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities - Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope - Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel - Included into developing of full-scale project plans and associated communications documents - Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within your team - Determine and assess need for additional staff and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary, during project cycle - Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately - Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas - Leading Kaizen events in case of low KPI’s - Tracking of spent hours on projects and making reports & conclusions - Leading daily Production manager Tier 2 meetings. Tier system participation - Monitor and support supervisors in execution of their leadership standard work - Lead daily accountability meetings with supervisors. Take workplace walks with supervisors - Make spot checks of process operation via audits - Administrative tasks - Meetings - E-mails - Continuous improvement projects - Coaching

- PC skills: Active user of Windows, MS Office incl. Excel (A), Word (A), PowerPoint (A), AutoCAD - Technical/practical skills: Good analytical skills, Assessment skills, Organizational skills - Core competencies: Initiative, Creative, Persuasive, Able to deal with conflict, Problem solving, Detail oriented, Analytical - Experience on Construction business is welcome - Experience on leading peoples - Active English
