Key Responsibilities:
- Development of technical maps and implementation of technical processes for new recipes by the team of nutritionists and R&D center. Optimization of recipes and technical processes. The technologist consistently enhances production processes and recipes by introducing new ingredients or technologies to enhance product quality and competitiveness.
- Testing raw materials and supplies, and making suggestions for changing and improving ingredients and technologies.
- Knowledge of equipment and its specifics: the technologist determines the production process, including equipment, technological processes, and quality control.
- Quality control of the finished product and ensuring compliance with the recipe.
- Documentation and maintenance of production records: The individual is responsible for maintaining production documentation, which includes technical recipe cards, process flow charts, and product parameter reports.
- Collaboration with other departments: The technologist collaborates with the nutritionists, R&D, purchasing, production, marketing, and research departments to achieve the company's common goals.
- Compliance with safety, quality, and sanitation standards is ensured by the technologist throughout the animal feed production process.
