Mandatory requirements:
The requirements mentioned in article 17 of Portuguese Law number 35/2014, of June 20, with exception of Portuguese nationality, as stated in Decree-Law number 47/2013, of April 5, as described below:
- 18 years old completed by the date of application.
- No inhibition from exercising public functions or no prohibition from exercising the functions that one proposes to perform.
- The physical strength and psychological profile required to perform the duties described.
- Compliance with mandatory vaccination laws.
Other mandatory requirements:
- Minimum mandatory education diploma. Applicants with a lower education degree will not be accepted.
- Residence permit or residence statute in Croatia and fiscal and social security obligations up to date at the beginning of the contract. Referring to article 5 of Decree-Law number 47/2013, of April 5, the compliance with these criteria can be demonstrated at a later moment.
- Knowledge of Portuguese or English languages.

- Signed CV, in English or Portuguese language.
- Simple and legible copy of certificate or diploma that attests the education level.
- Simple and legible copy of other relevant professional training for the job vacancy.
- Simple and legible copy of ID card or equivalent.
- Criminal record of the country of residence.
- Other documents that the applicant considers relevant, namely recommendation letters of former employers.

Selection methods:
- CV evaluation (30%) with the objective of analysing the professional aptitude of applicants, considering their CV and annexed documents. In this stage of the procedure, the following aspects will be considered: i) education degree; ii) relevant professional training for the job vacancy; and iii) previous working experience.
- Professional interview (70%) will evaluate objectively the professional aptitude and behaviour of applicants, as well as their proficiency in the languages mentioned in "Other mandatory requirements".
