About the Role
WWF Adria is entering an exciting phase of growth, expanding its Individual Giving (IG) program with a strong focus on digital fundraising and the recent launch of Face-to-Face (F2F) fundraising.
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Fundraising Administrator to take on a fully operational role, supporting the daily delivery of campaigns and ensuring seamless coordination across all fundraising activities.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on fundraising experience who enjoys managing multiple tasks—ranging from F2F logistics and CRM oversight to donor care, payment processing, and interdepartmental collaboration. You will play a vital role in supporting the implementation and optimization of IG campaigns, ensuring a positive donor experience and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Fundraising Campaigns & Operations
- Coordinate logistics and site bookings for Face-to-Face fundraising.
- Manage the preparation and distribution of campaign materials.
- Support training for NGO F2F fundraisers.
- Provide day-to-day support and oversight of F2F agency activities.
- Handle donor inquiries and ensure timely, high-quality supporter care.
- Support donor retention efforts, including basic retention calling.
- Maintain the annual fundraising calendar and coordinate seasonal campaigns (e.g., Earth Hour, Back to School, End-of-Year Giving).
2. Cross-Team Collaboration
- Liaise with other departments (e.g., communications, finance, operations) to ensure smooth campaign execution.
3. Payment Processing
- Manage recurring and one-time donor transactions.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing and reconciliation of payments.
- Work closely with finance and operations teams on donor financial records.
4. CRM Management & Reporting
- Maintain donor data accuracy in the CRM system (Salesforce).
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports across all IG channels.
- Provide campaign insights and data to support decision-making by the Head of Individual Giving.
