Opis posla
- Responding to customers' inquiries in English
- Attending to customers' emails, phone calls, chats, and warranty claims in English
- Verifying and approving/canceling online orders
- Editing orders according to customers' and/or logistics department requests
- Verifying the data synchronization between the digital content management platform and the operating system
- Creating orders
- Requesting/providing information from/to the delivery companies/logistics department/customers to complete problematic deliveries
- Cooperating to the creation of working material for the team's advantage
- Pro-actively taking part in the process of establishing/improving the department procedures

Potrebno obrazovanje, znanja i vještine
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, and email
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Problem-solving capabilities and flexibility to adapt to the department's rhythm
-Attention to detail and accountability
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills
- Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team-oriented environment
- Passion for Customer Care: the will to go above and beyond to provide a fantastic service that makes our customers happy
- Knowledge of an additional language is appreciated but not a must
- Experience in Customer Care is an advantage but not a must
