As part of our dynamic and innovative team, you'll play a key role in auditing, reconciling, and creating reports from large datasets, helping us shape our financial future. As our Financial Data Analyst, you’ll contribute to our success by: - Analyzing large datasets using advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas). - Auditing and reconciling data to ensure accuracy and consistency across all platforms. - Creating detailed financial and performance reports, visualizations, and dashboards for various stakeholders. - Identifying trends, discrepancies, and actionable insights from the data. - Collaborating with various departments to understand their data needs and providing tailored reports. - Ensuring data integrity through regular audits and implementing data validation processes. - Automating repetitive data processes using advanced Excel techniques. - Recommending improvements to data workflows and reporting processes.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, INDEX/MATCH, and complex formulas. - Strong data analysis skills with experience in auditing, reconciling, and reporting from large datasets. - Familiarity with financial and operational reporting. - Experience in automating data processes using Excel or other tools. - Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently. - Strong communication skills with the ability to present data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders. - Experience with tools like Google Sheets, Power BI, or SQL is a plus.
