Your Responsibilities
- Expand our market presence in Croatia by identifying and acquiring new customers in the HomeTex sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients (retailers, distributors, interior designers)
- Representing the company at trade fairs and industry events
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to the local market

Your Profile:
- Proven sales experience, ideally in textiles, interior design, or related industries
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in Croatian and good command of English and/or German
- Willingness to travel within Croatia and occasionally abroad
- Independent, proactive, and results-driven working style
- Having car is an advantage, but not mandatory (for client visits and regional mobility).
