For the Food Diagnostics division, we are looking for a:
Sales representative (m/ž).
Responsibilities
- Overall sales responsibility for our laboratory & quality assurance testing products
- Support and develop Croatian food producing industry market in the field of rapid testing in microbiology, molecular biology, chemical residue analysis as well as cleaning and hygiene control
- Work closely with customers to implement customized solutions within the scope of customer projects
- Develop sales strategies and independently implement sales promotion measures
- Monitor the market and competition, and identify sales potential
- Create sales and marketing plans for the sales territory and independently implement them to achieve the set goals
- Provide technical product and customer training
- Maintaining client records

Potrebno obrazovanje, znanja i vještine
- University degree (Bachelor level) in agriculture or natural sciences (food technology, chemistry, biology, microbiology, veterinary medicine)
- Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly
- Strong organizational and communication skills, sociable, proactive, problem-solving, and flexible
- A high degree of independence and self-organization
- English communication skills obligatory
- Sales experience & market knowledge in the food industry would be appreciated and beneficial for the position but is not obligatory
- Good PC skills (MS Office)
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems is an advantage
- Driving license and driving experience
