Project Manager (m/f)

We are a family owned business which pioneered small hydro and solar power plants in at the beginning of this millenia. We have gradually grown from our home country of Slovakia to other countries in CEE, but also to Finland and UK. We have put together a portfolio of cca. 1000 MW of renewable energy projects in several Western Balkan countries and are looking for project managers who can help us to bring these early stage projects into ready to build stage and beyond. Your responsibilities will include: - Actively participate in the development of solar, wind power and battery storage projects in Croatia, Bosnia, Serbia and North Macedonia to start with - Analysis and elaboration of site documents for project preparation - Management and implementation of selected solar, wind power and battery project planning processes - Permitting planning activities for the purpose of obtaining permits for the construction of solar, wind power plants and battery storage - Communication with public authorities and stakeholders during project authorisation - Cooperation and coordination with suppliers during the permitting phase - Work alongside the technical and legal team in the procurement phase of the project and assist in designing the operating phase of the projects. - Preparation of budgets and schedules - Regular reporting of the project development process to the company management - Business administration of the project special purpose vehicles and coordination with accountants and legal advisors

Employee requirements - Ability to work in smaller teams in an international environment - Enterpreneurial spirit - taking over responsibilities and leadership abilities - Able to work independently and efficiently - Proactive approach in solving problems and overcoming obstacles - Project management experience - Ideally some experience in renewable energy or energy field or strong interest to enter this field - Education - Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Economics with track record in energy or renewable energy field - or track record in these fields - Intermediate knowledge of English language and profound knowledge of Croatian or Serbian langauge
