ASEE SOLUTIONS is looking for an HR Administration Specialist to join our Croatian team located in Zagreb. You will have the opportunity to work in a team of 8 and provide guidance and support to all employees mainly in compensation & benefits, HR administration, and reporting areas.
Your main responsibilities will include ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of employment documentation and registration together with updating the HR database, delivering HR data in compliance with the local labor law regulations, and HR reporting.
Why is this job exciting? As an HR Administration Specialist, you will:
- Collect data necessary for the calculation of salaries and other income (transportation costs, paid leaves, etc)
- Be responsible for managing absences (maternity, paternity, sick leave, holiday leave) and any other type of employees’ paid/unpaid leave entitlements to be recorded in absence tracking systems and payroll records on a weekly basis
- Collect and prepare documentation necessary for establishing an employment relationship; Recording all data related to new employees, resignations, and employee data changes using Navision and the HRIS program (Cornerstone)
- Administration of registration, unregistration and change of employee data at HZZO/HZMO; Issuance of various certificates to employees and forms for HZZO/HZMO
- Provide administrative support to the HR department in all administrative tasks including employment certificates, holiday leave decisions etc;
- Assist the HR team on internal and international HR projects
- Hard-copy document archive management
- Prepare periodical (i.e. weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) HR reports for external institutions, supervisors, Group and any other internal clients in order to share and deliver proper HR data, support business needs and compliance with the local labour law regulations
- Ensure legal compliance with local labour laws, health & safety and any other applicable law regulations
