Your Responsibilities - Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of IoT solutions, from ideation, prototyping, and piloting to rollout, operations, and sales enablement, and continuous improvement. - Select and integrate sensors, data loggers, communication protocols, and data flows. - Configure and extend our ThingsBoard-based platform, including dashboards and data post-processing. - Maintain demos, prototypes, and test environments for sales, training, and QA. - Gather requirements and turn customer needs into scalable, market-ready solutions. - Drive innovation through pilots, PoCs, and new solution concepts.

Your Profile - Degree in engineering, computer science, automation, or a related field. - Practical IoT experience involving sensors, data loggers, connectivity, and cloud platforms. - Experience in industrial or critical infrastructure domains (water, wastewater, energy, utilities, automation). - Customer-centric mindset; able to translate field use cases into clear, compelling value propositions. - Ability to work hands-on across the entire solution lifecycle, from prototyping and testing to documentation, rollout, and continuous improvement. - Excellent collaboration and communication skills in an international environment, both internally and externally. - Fluent in English and Croatian (both required); German is a strong advantage.
