Sales consultant for Croatia & Slovenia (m/f)

Responsible for ensuring the implementation of the sales strategy in Croatia and Slovenia closely caring for the customers and other relevant stakeholders, brand image and market needs in all sales channels. Main Responsibilities: - Sales planning and targets achievement - Building long-term relationship with distributors and indirect customers - Maintenance of showroom displays and products - Growing projects pipeline through identifying and specifying projects - Preparation, organization, and execution of trainings and company presentations tailored to the audience needs - Product novelties presentation to relevant stakeholders - Coordinating sales activities with team members and other departments - Execution and monitoring of marketing activities, in coordination with marketing department - Expedite the resolution of customer complaints, in coordination with after-sales department and service partner - Reporting and CRM maintenance

- Work experience in sales or marketing (Preferably in the sanitary industry or similar) - Higher knowledge in economics, engineering, or similar - Negotiation, communication and presentation skills - Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills - Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems, etc.) - High availability and willingness to travel within the country and region - Fluent in English (Written and spoken)
