Position Overview
We are looking for an organized and communicative professional who will combine business development, client communication, and administrative/documentation responsibilities. This role is key to growing our presence in Croatia and ensuring smooth documentation processes for our workers and clients.
Main Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Contact industrial companies, factories, construction firms, and other potential clients in Croatia
- Present company services and explore opportunities for cooperation
- Support in negotiating and preparing contracts with clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with business partners
- Search for new projects and cooperation opportunities in the industrial sector
Reporting & Coordination:
- Prepare daily reports (morning and evening) on activities, contacts, and progress
- Report regularly to company management
- Track ongoing client communication and project status
Administrative & Office Duties:
- Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks
- Organize company documentation and records
- Support communication between Croatian operations and international management
Worker & Legal Documentation:
- Prepare and manage documentation for workers, especially foreign workers
- Assist in processes related to:
- Work permits
- Residence permits
- Employment documentation
- Contracts and supporting paperwork
- Coordinate with authorities, agencies, and external consultants when required
