You’ve come to the right place… We are looking for an EMEA Finance Process Automation Specialist who will play a key role in optimizing and automating financial processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Mission: Collaboration with cross-functional teams, developing automation tools and technologies to streamline financial workflows. Main Accountabilities: - Evaluate and select appropriate automation tools and technologies for financial process optimization - Develop and implement custom solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate - Develop, programming and implement Robotic Process Automation (“RPA”) solutions for financial processes using relevant tools and technologies for the identified opportunities for automation and improvement for existing financial processes - Develop RPA or automation tool for seamless integration with existing financial systems, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software, and other relevant platforms - Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform features and trends - Collaborate with Finance end-users to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to optimize processes further as continuously improvement. - Create comprehensive documentation for automated processes, including specifications, user guides, and training materials - Maintain up-to-date documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer and support - Provide training to end-users on newly developed automated processes and tools. Offer ongoing support to address any issues or concerns related to the automated financial processes - Conduct workshops, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of low-code platforms to teammates and internal stakeholders - Monitor the performance of automated processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to suggest and implement enhancements

Potrebno obrazovanje, znanja i vještine

Experience, Skills & Education: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree is a plus - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Solid understanding of relational database technologies - Proficient in integration technologies, APIs, and protocols - Strong analytical skills with the ability to work autonomously - Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement - Capable of providing guidance and direction to all levels of employees and management - Comfortable working under pressure, with the ability to dynamically prioritize tasks or escalate when necessary - Experience working in an international setting - Excellent proficiency in English - Familiar with Microsoft products Technical Knowledge/Skills: - At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Power Apps and Power Automate development - Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint - Knowledge of Microsoft D365 F&O is essential; familiarity with UiPath, VBA, or related tools is advantageous - Power Platform expertise, including Canvas/model-driven apps, SharePoint, and Power BI - Proficiency in relational databases, encompassing design, SQL, and tuning - Familiarity with Web APIs (SOAP/REST) - Experience with tooling such as GIT, JIRA, and Azure DevOps - VBA proficiency Certifications (any will be highly appreciated): - Microsoft Certified: Power Automate RPA Developer Associate - Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate - Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate
