Administration Specialist (m/f)

About the role: We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Specialist (m/f) to join our team and support the administrative and accounting office. This is a full-time position. Key responsibilities: - Recording and processing incoming invoices - Monitoring payments and updating balances - Archiving and managing business documentation - Supporting the preparation of periodic reports (e.g. INTRASTAT, audit, …) - Maintaining and updating internal spreadsheets and operational reports related to operations - Communicating with clients and suppliers - Providing administrative support across departments

- Secondary or higher education in economics or a related field (SSS/VŠS) - Fluent Croatian and English are required; Italian is a plus - Previous experience in a similar role is highly preferred - Proficiency in MS Office, with a focus on Excel - Strong sense of responsibility, precision, and organisational skills - Team player with good communication skills - Problem-solving mindset, flexibility, and a strong work ethic - A category B driving licence is a plus How to apply Send your CV and a short cover letter via application link.
