Your role and responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Sales Specialist for our Motion Business Area in Zagreb, Croatia. This position covers Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, and Albania. You will proactively monitor sales performance, implement corrective actions, and lead efforts to secure business growth. Additionally, you will develop and coach the sales organization to exceed targets. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be accountable for sales of drives, motors, and PLCs, driving volumes and margins, and building strong customer relationships through excellent service.

This role is contributing to the Motion business in Zagreb.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promoting customer understanding of full product and systems offering, and aligning to provide a solution.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Preparing sales documentation using company tools.
- Creating added value for the customer and ABB, and ensuring the successful outcome of transactions, contracts, and proposals by using effective sales techniques.
- Communicating details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions).
- Ensuring efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers.
- Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensuring know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.
