Role and responsibilities:
- Communication with the investor, engineer/supervisor, contractors/subcontractors and suppliers
- Development of technical, financial and operational construction site plans and team deployment of technical personnel
- Preparation of necessary technical documentation
- Performance monitoring and reporting
- Coordination with other company sectors
- Quality control of contracted and realized work
- Control of the application of technical regulations in construction

- Minimum BSc Civil Engineering

- Excellent organizational skills, time management
- Driving license
