In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter "GDPR"), we inform you that:
The controller of your personal data is R-GOL CROATIA D.O.O. ZAGREB, with its registered office at RADNIĆKA CESTA 22 ZAGREB, Croatia (hereinafter "Controller").
Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process for the position you are applying for.
The legal basis for processing your personal data is:
Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are party or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract;
Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject, in particular resulting from the Croatian Labour Act and related regulations;
Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR – your consent to the processing of personal data to a greater extent than required by law or for future recruitment purposes;
Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller.
In case of processing special categories of personal data (sensitive data), the legal basis is:
Article 9(2)(b) of the GDPR – processing is necessary for the purposes of carrying out the obligations and exercising specific rights of the controller or of the data subject in the field of employment and social security and social protection law;
Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR – your explicit consent to the processing of those personal data.
In accordance with the Croatian Labour Act and related regulations, the Controller has the right to request the following personal data: name and surname, Personal Identification Number (OIB), gender, date of birth, citizenship, place of residence/address, possession of work and residence permit (if applicable), professional qualifications and any special examinations or courses required for the position, certificates, licenses. Processing of data beyond this scope is based on your voluntary consent.
The recipients of your personal data may be entities providing services to the Controller, including providers of IT systems and IT services.
Your personal data will be stored:
until the end of the recruitment process for the position you are applying for;
in case of consent for processing data for future recruitment purposes - for a period of 12 months from the date of giving consent.
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, delete it, limit its processing, transfer data, object to its processing, and in the scope of data processed on the basis of consent - the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka) if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
Providing your personal data to the extent resulting from the Croatian Labour Act and related regulations is necessary to participate in the recruitment process. Providing other personal data is voluntary.
Your data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling.
