As a Resort Technician at LIOQA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of the resort's technical infrastructure. You will work closely with the security and maintenance teams to guarantee our guests the highest functionality and comfort standards.
Job description:
- Equipment Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on all resort equipment, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other technical installations. Troubleshoot and repair technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain optimal functionality
- Facility Oversight: Monitor and maintain the resort's technical infrastructure, ensuring all systems operate efficiently and safely. Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve technical challenges in a timely manner
- Emergency Response: Be available for on-call duty to respond promptly to emergency technical issues, providing quick and effective solutions. Implement contingency plans to minimize disruptions during technical failures
- Quality Assurance: Uphold the resort's commitment to excellence by ensuring all technical aspects meet or exceed industry standards. Participate in quality control inspections and contribute to the continuous improvement of technical systems
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the housekeeping and guest services teams to address technical issues and enhance the overall guest experience. Provide technical support and training to other staff members as needed
