Digital Construction Management Technician (f/m)

Join Digital Construction Technologies Group d.o.o. – a Croatia-based company and member of the international DCT Group, as a full-time DCM Technician and become part of a global leader in digital construction. We are looking to expand our team with professionals who have an MEP background and a solid understanding of the BIM process. Roles and responsibilities: - Support in conducting BIM meetings and managing a Common Data Environment, as well as understanding the coordination process, clash management and the processes required for quality delivery of a virtual model - Work with the Digital Information Manager to ensure proper resource planning and work schedule of the project - Support in coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models and creating a Federated Model - Support in model control according to the client's and project's standards - Support in the development and writing of BIM documentation, such as EIR, BEP, TIDP, MIDP, etc. - Development, implementation and management of the project's BIM processes - Weekly preparation of project progress reports and project documentation - Regular maintenance of knowledge about current and new technologies from the USA and other leading BIM / VDC countries Roles and responsibilities: - Support in conducting BIM meetings and managing a Common Data Environment, as well as understanding the coordination process, clash management and the processes required for quality delivery of a virtual model - Work with the Digital Information Manager to ensure proper resource planning and work schedule of the project - Support in coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models and creating a Federated Model - Support in model control according to the client's and project's standards - Support in the development and writing of BIM documentation, such as EIR, BEP, TIDP, MIDP, etc. - Development, implementation and management of the project's BIM processes - Weekly preparation of project progress reports and project documentation - Regular maintenance of knowledge about current and new technologies from the USA and other leading BIM / VDC countries.

Qualifications: - Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or another relevant field - Demonstrated experience in project management and coordination of project deliverables - Understanding and application of BIM methodology across all project phases We also value: - Proficiency in BIM tools (Revit, AutoCAD, NavisWorks, Revizto, Bluebeam...) - Ability to produce 2D drawings from Revit/CAD models - Coordination of MEP systems with other disciplines - Preparation of technical documentation for Design, Construction, and As-Built stages - Experience setting up Revit projects according to standards and creating Revit Families - Previous experience in MEP design (new builds and refurbishments) – a strong plus - Knowledge of construction management processes - Excellent understanding of the overall building and construction process - Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads according to deadlines - Advanced computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Autodesk AEC, Synchro 4D) - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
