More about you:
- You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You have at least 7 years of experience in payroll and finance administration.
- You are fluent in English.
- You are proficient in MS Office, particularly in Excel.
- You have a strong understanding of confidentiality.
- You are responsible for coordinating the full payroll process across multiple countries, which includes working with local payroll providers.
- You supervise activities such as salary calculations, contributions, suspensions, deductions, and bonuses.
- You ensure that all required data for payroll calculations and processing is collected within legal deadlines.
- You manage the calculation of taxes and deductions, and gather employee work hours to ensure correct pay, including overtime and bonuses.
- You oversee the issuing of statements, invoices, and record-keeping, in line with legislation and internal processes related to payroll, bonuses, and other payments.
- You collaborate closely with the Executive Director of Finance Shared Services to ensure the smooth operation of payroll processes and projects.
- You apply and coordinate payroll knowledge and financial practices within the payroll team.
- You help the company set strategic goals, establish clear objectives for your team, monitor progress, and provide regular reports.
- You delegate tasks and deadlines, manage the salary payment process, and work with other departments to streamline and implement new processes.
