What will you do at Infobip?
As an Accounts Payable Accountant, your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and processing incoming invoices in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring correct approval and matching of invoices/receipts
- Preparing and executing payment runs
- Performing monthly reconciliations of payable accounts, ensuring all financial information is up-to-date and accurate
- Maintaining vendor relationships, responding to inquiries, and resolving any discrepancies in invoice/payment
- Preparing and presenting reports detailing accounts payable status and performance
- Assisting with month-end closing procedures, including preparing accruals
- Identifying opportunities for process and efficiency improvement
- Maintaining business correspondence with internal departments, external bookkeeping services and other institutions
- Performing other tasks ordered by the manager

More about you:
- Education: University degree in a related field (economics - accounting and/or finance) or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in accounting
- Language skills: Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Computer proficiency: Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Organizational skills: Demonstrated excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and a dynamic personality
- Attention to detail: High accuracy and attention to detail
- Team collaboration: Capacity to work well as a team member in a fast-paced environment
