Vertiv is looking for a new Project Administrator to join our dynamic team in Zagreb, Croatia!
The Project Administrator will co-ordinate, manage and administer relevant Project documentation relating to the Vertiv Projects. The role will also support the Program Manager in developing a standard set of procedural documents for utilization on future Vertiv Projects. A major part of the role will be co-ordinating and communicating key information for reports and updates.
What kind of work will you be doing?
- Support the Program Manager as required on ad-hoc requests/issues requiring management
- Support the Program Manager in the preparation, design updating and communication of Project reports including sourcing up to date KPI information
- Participation on all internal and external meetings and preparing Minutes of Meeting and Action point list
- Ensure that project records are uploaded to the project intranet and designated Project management system to ensure good practice is maintained
- Lead all activities related to client meeting and visits ( Minutes of meeting, catering, Action list)
