What will you be responsible for?
- Supervising a network of stores in Croatia (3 stores)
- Achieving set sales targets (e.g. turnover, margin, KPIs)
- Monitoring store sales performance, analyzing data and reporting results
- Provide proactive and consistent customer service in accordance with company standards
- Building long-term relationships with customers
- Taking care of the appropriate image and presentation of 4F products

Potrebno obrazovanje, znanja i vještine
Requirements:
- Solid experience in understanding of the retail sector; Knowledge of the sportswear industry would be an asset
- Very good knowledge of English and Croatian (minimum B2)
- Nice to have: ability to speak Polish
- Independence, a results-driven mindset, and a focus on achieving business goals
- Active interest in sports and sporting events
- A valid driver’s license
