PLC Programmer (m/f)

Job description: - Meeting and knowing the client's requirements for electrical and mechanical needs - Designing and drafting 2D and 3D blueprint drawings - Reading and interpreting the logical flow diagram - Explaining to the clients how electrical components operate - Using automation software to write PLC programs - Preparing documents to instruct the users how to use the device and other safety instructions - Testing the program using automation equipment for its reliability - Troubleshooting any faults in the system - Supervising the installation of PLC programs - Providing guidance and support to the Technicians - Maintaining the PLC programs - Working in coordination with Engineering and Production team

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related degree - Working experience as a PLC Programmer, or a similar role in the Engineering industry - Sound knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and software principles - Extensive knowledge of PLC programming languages such as ladder logic, sequential function charts, etc. - Exceptional logic reasoning abilities - Proficiency in Compute-Aided Design (CAD) software and TIA Portal - Excellent ability to work under no supervision - Good verbal and written communication skills - Willingness to travel as and when required - Ability to solve complex problems - Good organizational and time management skills - Excellent mathematics and arithmetic skills - A keen eye for details for accuracy - Ability to work independently or in a team environment
