What you’ll do:
- Reach out to prospects on how Recruiter.hr’s psychometric assessments improve hiring accuracy and candidate fit
- Increase awareness in the market and actively build and fuel your own pipeline through multi-channel outreach
- Qualify and disqualify opportunities, focusing on organisations where we solve a clear and urgent pain
- Collaborate with teammates, sharing learnings, feedback from the market, and success stories
- Experiment with messaging, processes, and tools to raise conversion
