QA Lead Engineer (m/f)

We are looking for a QA Lead Engineer to join our growing development team and take ownership of the QA process across the company. You will be responsible for managing and evolving our quality assurance infrastructure and practices, ensuring high product quality and supporting a culture of continuous improvement. As a QA Lead, you’ll work closely with development and product teams, with a strong focus on web frontend applications, REST-based backend services, Docker/Kubernetes environments, and AI-powered systems. You’ll lead testing strategy, design scalable QA automation frameworks, and help establish quality standards and metrics across the organization. Your Responsibilities: - Define, implement, and continuously improve QA strategies, processes, and best practices - Lead and mentor QA engineers across multiple teams - Design and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and environments - Ensure comprehensive test coverage across manual, automated, regression, performance, and security testing - Collaborate with stakeholders to define quality goals, metrics, and KPIs - Review system requirements and technical designs to ensure testability and high-quality deliverables - Own the defect management process and support root cause analysis - Drive improvements in test efficiency, execution speed, and reporting - Champion quality in Agile/Scrum workflows and CI/CD pipelines - Stay current with QA tools, trends, and technologies to introduce relevant innovations What You’ll Work With: - Web and Windows frontend applications - REST APIs and microservices - Docker and Kubernetes environments - Projects involving AI and Deep Learning components - CI/CD pipelines and automated testing suites

What We’re Looking For: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in software QA, including 1–2 years in a lead or senior role - Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and automation - Experience building and maintaining automated testing infrastructure - Proficiency with QA and CI tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Postman, GitLab CI, etc.) - Hands-on experience with performance and security testing is a strong plus - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, as all internal and external communication is conducted in English.
