Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance and repair work in guest rooms and common areas
- Diagnose and fix basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical issues
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections according to hotel standards
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
- Maintain hotel equipment, tools, and machinery in proper working condition
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations
- Coordinate with external contractors when necessary
- Keep records of maintenance activities and report major issues to management
